ATTENDANCE: 
Meeting began at 6:30 pm following the opening prayer by Father Rijo.  Minutes were approved.
-ST. MARY’S ROOF REPAIR:  $115,483.00 has been raised or donated towards the repairs of the roof.  Actual cost of the repair is $185, 936.55. 
-ST. BENEDICT’S CHIMMNEY REPAIR: Initial quote for the repair was $4,300.00.  Final cost - $3,200.00.  The work on the chimney has been is completed.
-ST. JAMES RECTORY DEMOLITION, AND PARKING LOT – The rectory at St. James is scheduled to be demolished at the beginning of December, 2019. Money brought in from valuable, salvaged items within the rectory is approximately $10,000.00. 
-ST. BERNARD’S CHURCH BELL AND SALE OF PROPERTY – The church bell will be given to the Town of Norton because of a request from the town to have the bell “re-donated” to Norton.  
-NATIONAL CAMPAIGNE OF DIOCESE AND THE ROLE OF THE FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE OF MATER DEI PARISH – For Catholic churches nationwide, professional fundraisers have been hired to help raise 10M over 3 years.  Parishioners can pledge an array of amounts to help with the fundraiser.  Amounts from which to choose for individual gift intentions will be published at the beginning of the campaign.  60% of the money raised will be returned to the parishes.  20% will be kept in the diocese, and another 20% will be allocated to parish programs/Catholic education.
-GUARD RAILS FOR ST. MARY’S PARKING LOT – The parking area in front of St. Mary’s facing the lake is deemed dangerous because of its location near a drop-off.  The land is eroding at the edge of the tarred area nearest the lake. A guard rail will be installed in the spring to prevent accidents from happening.  
-MICROPHONE FOR ST. EDWARD’S – To help with the acoustics at St. Edward’s, a short microphone stand will be made available for use during services and other programs.
-STATUS OF FATHER ANTONY / DEANERY UPDATES / FEEDBACK FROM SYNOD – 
-VIBRANT PARISHES / SUMMER RETREATS - Retreats in the months of June for women, July for couples, and August for men has been suggested.
